    Millennium Farms has announced 2009 stud fees for its stallions, including a reduction for newly retired multiple grade-one winning millionaire Student Council from the previously announced $20,000, due November 1 of year bred, to his new fee of $17,500, stand and nurse.

The multiple grade 1 winning son of Kingmambo will make his final career start in the Classic, then retire to Millennium Farms in Lexington, Kentucky to begin his stud career.
